若您訂購時選擇的是「一次性扣款（預繳方案）」因當期訂單不退費，恕不提供退款服務，**請務必確認您已了解月讀包/藏愛包服務後再進行訂購**。

請確實填寫，於異動申請表單中提供訂閱申辦月讀包/藏愛包「 Hami書城會員帳號 」，將由專人為您查核與服務。
