2. 如何與店長繼續聊？

於Hamiko店長推薦給您的書籍清單後，可點選與推薦內容的相關話題繼續與店長聊天，或是點選｢從這裡接著聊聊｣以回顧話題或是開啟新話題。

3. 如果讀者問完，想另開新話題呢？

您可重新於對話框輸入其他的關鍵字或是相關描述，讓店長重新幫您搜尋並推薦相關內容給您。

4. 讀者有其他操作相關問題怎麼辦？

您可點選Hamiko店長頁面右上方的｢幫助｣按鈕查看官網上的常見問題，或是寫信至<hamibook@kland.com.tw>詢問Hami書城客服中心。

5. 如何縮小對話視窗？

當您等待店長回覆時，可透過點擊左上方按鈕｢V｣縮小對話視窗以進行其他功能操作。

6. 如何結束對話？

您可點擊右上方按鈕｢X｣，可與Hamiko店長結束聊天並清除對話紀錄。

7. 顯示｢系統忙碌中，請稍後再試｣怎麼辦？

因為同時間過多人使用此功能，需重新開啟與Hamiko店長聊天。您可嘗試點擊右上方按鈕｢X｣關閉對話，再次重新開啟。

8. Hamiko店長可協助讀者取消訂閱月讀包方案？
