# APP系統相容問題

※ 因HamiBook與Android 7.0（含）以上版本未能相容，建議用戶於升級前先關閉書籍存放SD卡功能，再進行系統升級，避免造成使用異常。

## App更版後或手機作業系統升級後，開啟APP閃退，該如何處理?

如在APP更版時發生錯誤，請用戶刪除APP後再重新安裝，應可正常登入使用。 因刪除HamiBookAPP，將同步刪除已下載在手機或平板裝置中的所有書籍檔案，建議用戶重新安裝後，進入\[書櫃]點選\[歷史紀錄]，找回之前的歷史下載書籍記錄，重新連線下載書檔。
